AHOADA EAST, RIVERS STATE — The people of Ahoada East Constituency II are witnessing a fresh wave of infrastructure development as Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe, JP, member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, has commenced major construction works in Odiabidi and Obumeze.
