In a bid to eliminate and reduce Some of the Challenges faced by Women in doing Business, the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCCI),has officially unveiled the first of its kind African Women E- Commerce trading App, WCCI -HUB WWW.WCCI.COM.NG , a Visual Space that Would enable Women Showcase and Market their Products Within Nigerian and across National Borders, Ebony Herald online has learnt.

The Official Unveiling was Performed by the former Hon, Minister for Women affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen at the National Merit Award House, Maitama, Federal Capital Territory, (fct)
Abuja, recently, the event witnessed the presence of top Government functionaries and Captain of industries.

In her Welcome address, the Chief Executive Officer, (CEO) of the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, (WCCI) Ambassador Zainab Mohammed applauded the attendees for honouring their invitation, Particularly the Men, Who found it Worthwhile despite their tight Schedule she said, adding that their Presence was a testimony of the Concern they have for the WCCI and the Women in general.

Speaking further, Amb Zainab Posited that, Considering the Vulnerability of Women in a Competitive Society like Nigeria, Particularly in the area of Capital required to do Business, the WCCI-HUB would Provides Opportunity for those with low income to Showcase their products via the Visual Space.

Continuing, She stressed that the APP is different from other Business APPs due to the fact that, it affords the opportunity for Sellers and Buyers to bargain the cost price of products through what She termed the “BACK ROOM”, describing it as Business friendly.

The Chief Executive Officer CEO, further Called on Women who are into one business or the Other to rally the WCCI to enable them Access the APP.
