The National Assembly Election petition Tribunal sitting at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos State on Friday upheld the Election of Hon Dr Wale Ahmed as the duly elected winner of Agege Federal constituency of Lagos State.

Barister Wahab Kunle Shittu,SAN.defended Hon. Dr.Wale Hamed in the proceedings following a petition filed by Sola Osolana of the People Democratic Party, PDP.

The case has therefore been dismissed.
